Sika Product Films Campaign
The Brief
We worked with global building brand Sika to create a set of demonstrational videos for 3 of their biggest patio products - FastFix, FlowFix and Setting Sand. The challenge? Making easy to follow instructional videos that were clear and concise, and giving longevity to the footage to make social promotional cutdowns.
Concept, Production & Delivery
When scripting the initial videos for Sika’s products we had to get into the heads of their audience. The products were made for professionals but also those undertaking DIY tasks, meaning the videos had to be clear, easy to follow and fairly short to engage our viewers. Within our client meetings, we researched the products to ensure we had the process correct. The scripting was then checked and signed off by the Sika team. A 3 day shoot followed in a (slightly cold) warehouse, where our team brought warmth and energy to the filming. Using crucial lighting and slider equipment meant we could achieve the sunny shots we’d planned in our shot list. Into the post production, we used existing graphic assets from Sika to maintain consistency and increase accessibility. Having the scripting set and the process laid out in stages meant editing was smooth.
The Outcome
A set of 3 clear and stylish demonstrational videos for each Sika product, along with vertical 1 minute social cutdowns for promoting and advertising the products.
